Nadine Wilches is the founder of Neuropsycle and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive integrative health training. She has over 18 years experience supporting children, families, and adults in improving their mental health, reducing stress and shaping healthy behaviors. Nadine has expertise in development, trauma, cognition, health, and neuropsychology. She examines the environmental, physical and mental health factors and their interplay to inform strategies. She provides in-depth integrative mental health assessments and treatment plans, cognitive evaluations, and reports. She provides Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Food Allergy Therapy, and other short-term integrative health interventions.

She is also the CEO and Founder of MindArch Health, an award-winning organizational approach to preventing mental health problems using machine learning to predict the most effective protective factors to reduce stress and improve achievement and fulfillment population-wide.

Amanda is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist with nearly a decade of experience working with patients across the lifespan. She has extensive experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who present with comorbid behavioral health challenges and their families. She has worked in inpatient psychiatric facilities, group homes, residential treatment facilities, and substance abuse rehabilitation centers. Amanda's approach is holistic and integrative, and she often incorporates mindfulness tools and creative modalities within treatment. Amanda takes a person-centered and trauma-informed approach to therapy, paying careful attention to the systems that influence overall wellness. She is a huge proponent of meaning-making in one's life and making room for joy. She works with both children and adults and specializes in grief, anxiety disorders, and trauma.

Jessica Smuckler is a highly accomplished occupational therapist with over 12 years of experience and a master's degree in occupational therapy, complemented by a solid foundation in psychology through her bachelor's degree. Throughout her career, she has made a significant impact in diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, outpatient facilities, group homes, and mental health institutions. Jessica is distinguished by her holistic approach, integrating mind-body connection and heart coherence into her practice. Utilizing techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, nature-based therapy, and visualization, she tailors interventions to meet the unique needs of her clients. Beyond her clinical work, Jessica actively engages in inner health coalition programs, demonstrating a commitment to promoting comprehensive well-being. Samantha Fedorka is a dedicated Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, holding certifications through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and American Association of Wellness Practitioners (AAWP). With over 16 years of clinical healthcare experience as a nurse in New York State, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
